Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re moving through grief, navigating big changes, living with trauma or simply longing for more balance and clarity, you don’t have to walk this path alone.
I offer counselling and integrative therapies for women that honour the whole of you — your mind, body, emotions, relationships and the life you live.
Together, we create a safe and supportive space where you feel seen, heard and encouraged to step into your own strength.
Who I work with?
Every woman’s story is unique and so is the kind of support she needs. I walk alongside women who are experiencing:
- Trauma, PTSD or Complex PTSD (CPTSD)
- Career’s
- First Responders
- Neurodiverse (Autism, ADHD etc)
- Grief and loss
- Women’s health and wellbeing across different life stages
- Life transitions such as career changes, motherhood, menopause or identity shifts
- Fertility, pregnancy and postnatal (neonatal health) experiences
- Workplace stress, burnout or career crossroads
- Challenges in relationships and connections
You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear plan, we will begin exactly where you are and together we’ll discover the direction that feels right for you.
What 'Integrative Therapies' mean and how will they assist you?
Integrative practices simply mean drawing on a variety of gentle approaches to support your healing, because one size never fits all. For some women, that might look like talking things through. For others, it might mean slowing down to notice the body, using breath or grounding practices or exploring imagery and reflection.
I work holistically, considering the whole picture of your wellbeing - your body, emotions, relationships and the life around you. This way of working allows us to gently uncover the patterns, strengths and possibilities that help you move forward.
“You are the author of your journey, and within you are the answers and direction you seek. My role is to walk beside you with unconditional support - offering guidance, reflection and a safe space to embrace your story and emotions and move gently through them.
Together, we work to unlock what you need, helping you step into your strength, embrace healing and grow into the fullest version of yourself.”
What Does a Session Feel Like?
Each session is different, because each woman is different.
A session may include:
- Checking in with what’s on your heart and mind.
- Talking through the things that feel heavy or important.
- Pausing for a grounding practice or breath awareness.
- Exploring imagery, reflection or tools that bring clarity and ease.
- Psychoeducation so you understand what is happening and why, so that you feel empowered and in-control.
- Mindfulness and self regulating techniques for you to use outside our sessions.
- Closing with space to feel settled, resourced and steady before you leave.
There is no pressure or expectations - just a safe, compassionate space to explore, reflect and grow in your own way as we work together to bring you resolve to what is preventing you to reach a full-filling, happy life.
